Thank you for choosing Pick Up the Paws! We’re proud to serve our UK customers with prompt, reliable service and quality pet products. Below is our policy for UK shipping and local order collection.

 

UK Shipping Policy​

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number if applicable.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer UK-wide shipping via Royal Mail, Evri, or another trusted courier.

  • Standard Shipping (2–4 working days): £[Insert Rate]

  • Express Shipping (1–2 working days): £[Insert Rate, if offered]

  • Free Shipping on all orders over £[Insert Threshold]

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high volume, courier issues, or adverse weather.

We currently ship to all mainland UK addresses, including:

  • Scotland

  • Northern Ireland

Please note: We do not currently ship internationally or to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or British Overseas Territories.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

 

Free Local Pickup

We’re happy to offer a Free Local Collection option for customers near our base in [Insert Town/City Name].

  2. You’ll receive a notification by email or text when your order is ready (usually within 1 business day).

Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID when collecting your order.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
