What types of dog walks do you offer?

A: We provide solo dog walks for personalised one-on-one attention and group dog walks for dogs who enjoy socialisation. Solo walks focus on your dog’s pace and personality, while group walks encourage safe play, confidence, and mental stimulation in a controlled environment.

How do you handle reactive or nervous dogs?

A: We understand that some dogs can be reactive or anxious. Reactive dogs are given individualised care, solo walks or carefully managed group introductions. Our experienced handlers use positive reinforcement and safe handling techniques to reduce stress and build confidence.

What happens if my dog gets muddy on a walk?

A: We take muddy walks in our stride! After the walk, your dog will receive a thorough dry-off and paw cleaning, so they return home clean and comfortable. We also monitor dogs for any dirt or debris in their coat to keep them healthy and happy.

What happens when dogs are dropped off?

A: We provide a calm, safe handover at your home. Dogs are only left once they are calm and relaxed this usually requires us staying with them for up to 10 minutes if no body is at home. We also make sure they have access to fresh drinking water.

How do you handle walks in extreme weather?

A: Safety comes first:

High temperatures: Walks are shortened, shaded routes are chosen, and extra water breaks are provided.

Low temperatures: Dogs are monitored for signs of cold, and walks may be shortened or extra protection like dog coats may be used. Rainy or windy conditions: Walks continue when safe, with adjusted routes to avoid hazards.

Do you provide transport to and from walks?

A: Yes, we offer secure pick-up and drop-off for all walks. Dogs are safely transported in suitable vehicles, with individual attention to reduce stress. This service ensures convenience for owners and a comfortable experience for dogs.

How long are the walks?

A: Walks usually last 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your dog’s age, energy, and needs. We adapt walk length for puppies, senior dogs, or dogs with health issues to ensure a positive experience.

Are the walks safe?

A: Absolutely. Walks are fully supervised by experienced handlers, using secure leads and carefully planned routes. We carry first-aid kits and have protocols for emergencies to ensure your dog’s safety at all times.

Do you clean up after the dogs post-walk?
